Smooth scrolling

Thanks for trying to clarify the issue, but I don't think that this is what the others are talking about. I mean even you write that when the arrow keys are too slow then one just grabs the scrollbar itself and moves to wherever you want it. That would be no real problem if it's so easy to fix by the user himself.
