Issue is still thererisky7 wrote: Fri Dec 02, 2022 10:34 am - present situation is that when I switch from fullscreen to viewer than zoom from fullscreen is applied to viewer which is not correct behaviour, they should be completely independent
To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
"Last used" is default "Auto image size" option for both modes (normal and fullscreen) in Settings
2. open any image
3. set "Auto image size" to "No fit" in Viewer
4. OPTIONAL
- close xnview and reopen image
- check if settings is saved in Viewer. It is.
5. press F11 to open image fullscreen mode
6. press F11 to exit fullscreen mode
7. press ←/→ or scroll to go to the prev/next file
zoom mode will be - "Fit to window, large only"
Expected behaviour:
Viewer-normal to retain "No fit" option as in Settings it is set to "Last used"

you´re doing something wrong, let me explain you step by step please
view tab, auto image size, NO FIT
ACTIVATE reset auto image size setting with next/previous file
fullscreen tab, auto image size, fit image to windows, large only
and that´s all
it works like a charm
so... it´s fixed

Re: disconnect zoom-fullscreen from zoom-browser
you have changed default Settings
I'm talking about buggy behaviour which possibly caused by default "Last used" option.
It looks like it is ether:
- global, than why it works one direction only (fullscreen→normal, but not normal→fullscreen)
- local, than viewer-normal should not inherit viewer-fullscreen's zoom settings
ps. as a friendly advice, it is better not to:
- quote entire post
- enter empty lines between sentences, but form paragraphs instead
this is not what I'm talking about.Hakim Antoine Said wrote: Fri Apr 28, 2023 10:17 pm fullscreen tab, auto image size, fit image to windows, large only
