Tags not sticking between folders

The issue is still there for me to this day... The "randomness" of the issue in my case is a real frustration for Pierre, I think.

@Pierre, can you recreate this by disabling the catalog & then re-enabling it again on a linux system?

In the same instance? If you restart same problem?

Yes if I completely kill the process, it is there when I restart xnview. If I restart the PC, the same issue is there

If you kill the process and restart, tags are here
If you quit XnView and restart XnView, tags are no more here
right?
