I can't reproduce, could you send me your xnview.ini?malletp wrote: Wed May 17, 2023 7:31 am I'm sorry but I've just downloaded XNViewMP 1.4.5 and my test case is still KO.
Now with 1.4.5 : no differencemalletp wrote: Wed Dec 28, 2022 8:52 pm Exemple 2 :
- I put both videos and pictures in the same folder
- View / Filter by / Images
- XnViewMP display only pictures thumbnail => OK
- I double click on the first picture, I click on -> to see the following, then I click on -> to see the following, and so on to look at all the pictures in the folder
- When a video exists between two pictures, XnView plays it even if “Picture” filter is ON and even if this video is not displayed in thumbnails view (which is normal)
In this case; the problem is not fixed.

Find attached a set of 4 files.
- From my desktop (Win 7) where the feature usually fails (I tried again twice today)
- From my desktop, freshly created by the app after having renamed the original XnView.ini . This time it works (I tried twice)
- From my HP table (Win 11) where the feature works

Re: Scroll through individual images from browser view?
On both Win 7 and Win 11, filter works fine with this version
Filtering on Pictures only Ok,
Filtering on different Ratings (mix of Picts and Vids) Ok
Filtering on a color label Ok
However, 2 strange things occurs (maybe to move into another topic)
A) Sometime a picture do not occupy the full screen, actually seems to be the thumbnail (small resolution, ~600*500). Closing the file and reopening it's ok.
More precisely I can reproduce by 1) Select a picture in the browser and wait it's displayed in the preview 2) Double click on any other picture, its' displayed in low-res. 3) Close and double-click on another picture, this one is also displayed in low-res. Navigating forward/backward the pb may occur, depending on the speed. Restart XnView and the problem reoccurs. It seems linked with the fact the preview of the picture in question is already displayed or not. This pb didn't exist in 1.4.5.
B) The Play button is not shown (just a white square)

Re: Scroll through individual images from browser view?
Hi ! I've just tested with XnView MP 1.5.3 and it works fine.
All my KO testcase that were corrected in 1.5.1 are still OK in 1.5.3.
It seem to me that there is no problem left.
