i've tried, at startup the pan view has a strange size

So i resize it to have a good ratio.
i zoom at 283%, and go to the left. But no problem...

Have you tried panning the image back and forth a bit? Zoom in and out a bit? Try panning, zoom in, zoom out, and pan the image to the left, at some point it will glitch out, it still happens for me.

Do you have same problem in 'bilinear'? And if don't maximize the window and use a smaller one, same problem?

The problem was fixed when i switched from bicubic to bilinear!

With Windows scaling 100%,, right? Really strange, i can't reproduce.

yep. but as i said, the problem is fixed when i'm not using bicubic.
