This is still present in 1.90 RC2.

To clarify: only *embedded* thumbnails in CR2 files are not rotated. Thumbnails generated by XnView are correctly rotated. Meaning: in the options, "use embedded thumbnail" must be turned on for this error to show.

Thanks for your hard work and RC2 is looking good!

Confirmed fixed in 1.90 RC3.
