I think like ckit.

TBH, i don't care about any of XNViews image manipulation features except for batch processing. So i think image editing functions that don't process the image as a whole don't really belong into XNView and should be kept as a plugin. *coughbloatcough*
Get the bugs fixed, THEN start adding features. It sucks, but someone has to do it.
