:) Hello !

• I couln't find anything about this using the Search, so I post this request in the way I would like such a feature.

- Below is the fake I drew to illustrate the request, I hope it's self-explanatory :

• Whether some extra-option¦s w¦s¦hould be needed (or an info) there is remaining room in the “Options” section.

• Currently, when one needs this feature, one is bound to use a specialized software.
- Unfortunately, only a very few ones are able to do so, and are not free of charge :|

• Feedback welcome !

 Kind regards,
Claude

Note : BTW, the current “Capture Setting” box has some hitches about the section-frames painting…

:) Hi !

Nice ! I need often such a feature…

- True ! I found out only one, and rather overpriced (US$39…) :(

- It should be nice to get this in a next version, so XnView should score marks with regard to some competitor which has not this yet ;)

- Adding this to your endless “ToDo” list should be a nice X-Mas present :D

Other way…

:) Hello Paul !

• Thank you for your interest !

• At the very outside, this function could be built as a standalone one, linked to the programme. I mean :
- Either as a built-in function, but having its separate dialogue and menu entry,

- Or as an EXE¦DLL working from the usual dialogue modified like above.

- That should avoid to add fat to the main EXE… ;)

I was also looking for this a few months ago, but was too lazy to try other software. :D

So, built-in ?

:) Hi B. !

• … and you saved $ 39 ! Image
• So, would you like this as built-in (or as a plugin working like said above) ?

Built in: [x]Desktop [x]Delay [x]Multiple Capture [x]Save Directory...
But, such a feature might not be noticed without GUI adornment.

We miss…

:) Well, but we miss still a pre-defined number of captures and an “end-sound” for such an automatic stop…

• And there is a big hitch : Multiple capture works only with a key strike currently !
- With Delay, it's greyed !
• Indeed I would prefer a GUI…
