Ideas for the preview area

It would be nice, if you could switch between the properties vertical and horizontal layout from a context menu.
And showing the filesize in Bytes inside the properties area would be useful for me. You already have the filesize in KB everywhere else (details view column, status bar, thumbnail labels, ...). So having the exact filesize somewhere would be nice.
And while we're at it: to me it would be more useful (and make more sense), if the context menu for the preview area showed options related to itself instead of to the file it's currently displaying. Options like turning it off, or the resampling method and zoom level (last one's already there, i know).
