Ctrl-T: I'd call it a bug...

Administrators will hate me for posting something that is not really a bug, but it's bugging me so much 
In RC1 key "T" was still working to tag an image.
In RC2 only Ctrl-T works. Why is this so? That is such an ugly (and hand-stressing) combination! You go through a big photo shooting with hundrets of images (as I do just now) to filter out the worst ones, so you've got your left small finger on the Control key and spread your other fingers to reach the "T"...after 5 minutes the hand aches...
Why not use "T" alone, so the left hand can relax? (If there is a good reason admins take my excuse and please move this post to its right place...)
