GPF when closing Slideshow

Whenever I close a slideshow or it closes on completion I get an error message:

"XnView has encountered a problem and must close"

along with a request to report it to MS.

Is this a programme glitch?

Any suggestions as to why I get this message would be helpful

Thank you

An EXE slideshow? Or the slideshow in XnView? Do you use audio file?

The fault occurs in both "Save" the slideshow as an .sld file or "Create" an.exe file but only when using an audio file.

There is no solution yet, Pierre can't reproduce this problem, but you can post a confirmation to the other post.

For what it's worth:
I uninstalled/installed XnView a few times and I still got the fault.
The download site was XnView.com

I have recently downloaded it from:

http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/X ... -6206.html

External Mirror 1

It now works fine.

I am using XnView 1.90.2 (Feb 8 2007), and I get the Windows program error described above every time I run a EXE slideshow created with XnView. All of my slideshows have music. I hope this is helpful data.
