Thumbnail handling in lossless JPEG transformations

It would be nice to be able to choose what to do with the embedded thumbnail when doing a lossless JPEG transformation.
The options could be:
- perform the same transformation on the thumbnail
- remove the thumbnail
- don't do anything to the thumbnail

Think that's a good idea and an important feature which should be supported, soon. Rotating the JPG image and leaving the thumbnail unchanged is only half the job.

Think that's a good idea and an important feature which should be supported, soon. Rotating the JPG image and leaving the thumbnail unchanged is only half the job.

Let me add two more options:
- regenerate thumbnail if one exists
- (re)generate thumbnail regardless of if one exists or not
