hi xntriq
that´s exactly what i have "C:\Program Files(x86)\XnView\xnview.exe" "%1"
...if i click on the thumbnail preview in the explorer, xnview doesn´t open to show the picture...maybe it´s only something i have to check in the programm itself?
thanks a lot for help

First something to clarify:
Are you talking about the thumbnails in XnView browser or MS Explorer (Shell extension)?
If it's XnView: There might be a "wrong" XnView setting. Could you please try the following:
1.) Exit XnView
2.) In MS Explorer change to folder C:\Program Files\XnView
3.) Rename file "xnview.ini" to "xnview-bak.ini"
4.) Start XnView
Now please check, whether the problem persists.

I have the same problem :
clicking on thumbnail preview in MS-Explorer started automatically Xn-View.
This was working in earlier versions, could not find the menu entry for correcting this, if there is any.
Is there any help ?
Thank you.
