I would really like to see a feature similar to the one in ACDSee and imgv where you can check multiple folders to be treated as one, so when you cycle through the images - you cycle through all checked folders.
What do you say?
Multiple folder listing

Flat_branch

Hello !
• That “Flat” or “Branch” view has been requested already… Please, use the Search.
• It exists in example in Total Commander, in which you may obtain a view as thumb nails with it
(and thumb nails got from XnView if you want).

NOT bistable !
JohnFredC
Hello John !
• It is not working exactly like the “Branch View” of TC, because the command is NOT bistable.
- Clicking it again in the menu does not restore the "normal" view as it should, i.e. in a board of thumb nails…
… and as far as I see, there is not any reverse entry to come back to the normal view,
by collapsing the currently expanded sub-dirs…

F5 only !
ouistiti
Hello Päul !
• That doesn't work here, that leads to an empty board of thumb nails !
- That works with F5 only !
• Anyway :
1. We miss that command as bistable,
2. We need a command ID to assign it to a button.
3. XnView might come with a crystal ball, when I see such a “riddle-feature”
Note • In TC, the three ways work to reverse the command : Same bistable button, F2 (= F5 here) or Ctrl+R…
Friendly,
Claude
