1. Show the number of tagged files in status bar (e.g. "4 object(s) from 2 folder(s) tagged")

2. Change the name of item "Tag" (in Categories) to "Tagged files (X)" (e.g. "Tagged files (4 in 2 folder(s)")

Makes sense. E.g. the user may intend to choose 100 files out of his/her collection, then it would be useful if the number of tagged files would be shown. (Should probably say "4 file(s) in 2 folder(s) tagged")

Not sure with the naming. Currently there's "Category", "Rating", "Colour label", and "Tag". "Tagged files" would not really fit to the other labels. But "Tag" does not sound very clear to me, either. Other suggestions?

I have suggested #1 mainly because it's not very intuitive - just to inform the user the files are tagged - in the current and other folder(s).

Currently there is no information about the tagged files - even in the Categories tab, user have to click the "Tag" to see it.

I can easily add the file count, but not the folder count.

File count for each category and especially "Tag" would be very good.

Currently we have 'x object(s) [...]' or 'x object(s) / 1 file(s) selected [...]'
Do you want to add 'x object(s) tagged' to this status, or replace it?
