Ok i look for that settings in my german version, but i couldn'd find it.

So tell me if this screenshooter makes wrong BMPs or if i'm too stup.. to use this programs

Your picture has a bad alpha channel (all is black).
You can view correctly the picture by disabling view/Use alpha channel
and load it correctly by enabled option/general/Ignore alpha channel
