XnView is intended for working with raster graphic files, that is image files which consist of pixels. Apart from this, XnView also supports some vector formats using GhostScript, e.g.:

- PS
Please note:
- For these formats thumbnails are not displayed because of performance reasons.
any chance of making this an option?

Currently, viewing vector formats is only possible using GhostScript (see topic '
How to display vector formats? GhostScript!'). This is a slow process and for this reason, XnView does not support thumbnails for these formats.
But computers get faster and faster and people might want the thumbnails, accepting the bad performance. So perhaps an option "Display thumbnails for vector formats (slow)" might be a good idea.

This Option would be great! As the Thumbnails are stored in the database, they will be only created once.
