XnView Software

after I installed XnView Shell extension ( v2.5 ), everything work ok. When I shut down / restart windows, XnView Shell extension preview no longer appear on my menu when I right click.

after restarting win xp several times to find the same problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and then it work ok again. But when I restart windows, the same problem appear again.

any ideas why?

it's not greyed. It's ticked.

right now, the preview option appear sometimes only.
and when I left click on the preview pic, nothing happen.

Only sometimes??? Which format of picture?

XnViewShell folder is in XnView folder?
