I don't know if "title" bar is the correct name for it, what I mean is the stripe where the application name is showed and the minimize, restore and close buttons are located.
Actually, the only info displayed by XnView in view mode is the filename + extension between '[' and ']'
How can I prepend the full path to the filename?

I don't think you can, but its a good suggestion for those "save as" options which change the directory you're using.
