Scrambled .c4 edmics drawing upon opening to read

Hello, When I open my .c4 drawings, they appear scrambled, like blocks of a jig saw puzzle.
The file does open, and I have set file associations to add .c4/edmics.
Any suggestions? I have a file I can send of needed.
Properties show compression @ "CCITT Group 4", and format @ Edmics Group 4.

• In theory,
*.c4 (Edmics) is supported at reading only. Please, let's know which XnView version and OS you are using.
- I didn't find out any
*.c4 here à home, so please give us a valid URL to download a sample
(just add some "_" whether the forum stuff refuses your link).

We are using version 1.96.5 (Sept 16, 2009)
OS is Windows XP, Service Pack 3.
Can you provide an email address, and I can send a file for your review.
I don't know how to give you a URL.

• I said an URL (some image host or remote directory on your site, supposing you have one), not an e-mail address !
- Please, remove your e-mail address ("Edit") to avoid spams !
- Try from Filter Menu >> ImageShack to place your sample on such an host.
- Note : You can send the sample to the Author (only…) to
webmaster
