XnView Software

I'm looking to open an ICA (IOCA) image file. The website says the file type is supported in XNview, but I am unable to open it. Is there a certain plugin I need for this? I am able to open the file in a program called Hijaak.

'Display all file formats' is checked?

I have "Display all image file types" checked. I do not see "Display all file formats".

The error I receive says "Format of the file <E1111.ICA> could not be determined".

XnView doesn't support all IOCA format
