Saving UI Color and Layout Settings

Hi, Just found out about XnView from another forum yesterday 
Previously I have used picasa but it's no where near as cool
I've customized the colors and layout on my interface and found a link on this forum for Tweak UI and customized some more. However it has since reverted and as an amateur I mess around with windows a lot so it's sure to keep happening.
Basically I wanna know is there a way at all to save these changes so I don't have to do it manually every time? For either or both tool panel and XnVeiw Tweak UI that is? And how do I do it?
