XnView Software

Hey,

I'm labeling every foto that i have (about 6000).
I addes keywords and categories into the IPTC.

To add those i use XNview. There is a categorie tab to see the foto's but is dus nog uses the categories of the IPTC tag.

I wish XNView has a vieuw in which you can see the categories u used in the tags and also the keywords.

For example: i have lots of pitures of friends, i gave them the categorie "friends" in the tag. I also added the friends name as a keyword in the tag.
Now i want a simpel viewer in which i can click on the keyword (name of my friend) to select every foto of him/her.

Is it possible to add it on XnView?

FYI: You can already do that with XnViewMP v0.26 (beta project) not yet with XnView Windows v1.9x (but you can use the Tools\Search function)

Thanks for the info. The search is indeed working!

I guess i have to wait for the "categorie" function function in the windows app.
I hope that they build it quick because i could not find any other programm that could do the trick.
