view blp file error

I Love Xnview. it's very convenient.
Recently,I use it to see blp file.
first file:
I cannot see the blp file

it's bluish.

I convert the image from others converter
correct image

this is first converted image
when i convert first blp to tga by other converter,
the converted image cannot be saw on xnview ,too.
but i can see the image by others (ex:photo impact,Picture Viewer)
