Ctrl-Alt-A (Acquire) hotkey is not working

In my case Ctrl-Alt-A (Acquire) is not working (nothing happens). Call via menu items works as expected.

I am also surprised :) All hotkeys I tried work absolutely OK (Ctrl-P, Ctrl-O, F12, ...), but this is the only one not working. I suspect that some program is capturing it... but I really don't know how to find that spy :) It is definitely not a keyboard layout change key.

OS: WinXP SP3.

I have upgraded the system and the software.

Win7 Ultimate, XnView v1.97.8 – the same problem. It looks like it depends on Scanner Software (I have "CanoScan LiDE 100" scanner)?

I have found the problem. There was a "global" key combination LCtrl+Alt+A defined by KeePass. After this hotkey was removed in KeePass, it started to work OK in xnview.
