Hi,
I have tagged lot of photo with XnViewMp on my Linux machine

Now, the soft crash when i open a CategoryNode (just one, seem's to be related to filename with special caractere --> '

Do you have crash if you have only 1 file in a category (with ')?

Hi,

I have play with this bug :
I can't reproduce this exactly as XnviewMP is no more crashing.

But, we can always reproduce this :

1) On the explorer view, select one (or more photo) which is contain the caractere '
As my first screenshot. Add a categories (i have tested it with a empty categorie)
2) Open the Categorie view, open this new categories (normaly contain only this photo) :
You will found on the categorie, a 'random' photo ! as my second screenshot
3) To play again with this bug on the database : go on the explorer view and found the 'random' photo :
- The thumbail and categories of the file is appartening of the image which is contain the caractere '
as my last screenshot

Ok, there is a problem with one ' in filename...

I will speak in french, but if you want, i can translate it.

Concernant le bug avec le caractère '

Si les images non plus le caractère ' , plus de bug, CQFD
il semble que le bug apparait seulement si je tag les images depuis le mode Dossiers et pas depuis le mode Catégories, ca comprendre Charles !

- Par contre, dans ma base de données d'Xnview, c'est un peut le bordel dans le sens, où il marque qu'il y a 2 images dans une catégories, alors qu'il n'en affiche pas.
- Peut-on, et comment, faire pour nettoyé la base ?
- Et inversement pour l'avoir a jour avec toutes les catégories de tous mes photos, j'ai rien trouvé de mieux de voir tous les fichiers en recursif, et enfin d'attendre beaucoup car j'en ai beaucoup trop et pas bcp de mémoire (2Go) ca swap énormément....

- D'ailleurs, elle-est accessible pour permettre de faire des requêtes un peut exotérique (genre lister tous les répertoires des images qui sont dans la catégories XXX, )
