For example, when I save with the GIMP photo software allows me to write a comment.

Hmmm, so I think the user means for a batch comment feature, correct? 
Currently in the "Actions" of both XnConvert and XnViewMP 'Batch Convert' there is currently no method to batch write a a same embedded comment to multiple (supported) image files at the same time.
So the "Set comment" command could be also added to the Actions>Image for XnConvert/MP 'Batch Convert'
