Thank you Pierre for adding the "Convert with XnConvert" shell context menu feature
(user must enable it in 'Settings')

Right, but currently now in v1.50 beta, this shell item is only usable for when right-clicking on folders...
....Should it be supported for right-clicking on image file(s) too? I think it should

Pierre,
The "Convert with XnConvert" is not working at all in
v1.51
.....The menu displays when right-clicking on a folder but when selected XnConvert opens but loads no pictures.
Also as aforementioned stated, the "Convert with XnConvert" must show when right-clicking on image files too in win explorer.

nope
...Please also you must activate it to work with selecting image files in windows explorer, just like how XnView Shell Extension is activated for working with image files in windows explorer.

Never worked???

Affirmative, sorry it never worked.
I also just did a quick first-time test of this in my Windows XP virtual machine and it still does not work.
So the feature needs to work for both right-clicking on Folder (images in folder, not sub-folders) AND needs to also work when right-clicking on File(s) in win explorer.
Hmmm... But if I drag & drop one or more image files to
XnConvert.exe , then XnConvert loads the files but displays the "Action" tab instead of showing the "Input" tab, so this needs a small fix too, so that it always switches to "Input" tab when launching files via the
XnConvert.exe method <-----------> after this fix then it would be easy to fix the 'Convert with XnConvert' shell context menu issue, since all the shell menu is doing is simply linking and opening with
XnConvert.exe
Hope you understand Pierre
btw, for when running on Windows XP could you add a standard bitmap 16x16 icon (xnconvert) for the shell context menu, it needs to show on Win XP users too. Thank you.

Pierre, the context menu itself does show yes that is not the issue.
The issue is that when I click on the context menu item, it does not load the image files of folder into the opened XnConvert.
Also this feature SHOULD also be fixed to work with right-clicking on selection of files (images) too.

Right %1 is missing in the registry
Also this feature SHOULD also be fixed to work with right-clicking on selection of files (images) too.
Currently i have problem with that...

In theory there should be no problem with this....Because I am currently able to drag & drop files (images) to
xnconvert.exe and then the program opens and loads the files correctly

However this drag & drop to exe method results in the 'Actions' tab being shown instead of the 'Input' tab
