XnView Software

Hello,
in advance: I use xnview with German explanantions, so I'm not allways sure if I use the right English word.

I organize my photos with xnview, attach the photos to categories and assessments.
Now I want to change the folders of my photos. For example move the photos to an external disk.
But if I do so, all the categories and assessments are lost.

What can I do?

You can move photos with XnView?
Or if you know a little database, i can show you how to modify the database...

Thanks. I load category.db into SQLIteDatabase browser and could make the changes sucessfull and saved.
Now XN-View does not show the categorys of the photos anymore. I closed xnview.
Then I removed the pictures to the new folder. (This I did not with xnview)
I started xnview again. But XN-View does not show the categories.

What was my mistake? Must I also do changes is the 'xnview.db'?

yes - the last window on the right side, where you can see, which category is choosen for the photos, nothing is marked anymore.
When I copy my saved unchanged 'category.db' back and the photos back to original folder, I can see the marked categorys again.
Do you have an idea?

could you send me the changed category.db?
