Win 7 - "Problem solved"

Win 7 offers some kind of "problem solving and information" (or what else it is named in English ...), and also a crash with XnView was tried "to solve". Today I got a message in my Win7-Message center: "The problem is solved, there is a new version of XnView" (see attachment).

Clicking on the link a ended here: "Page introuvable"
http://www.orange.fr/bin/frame.cgi?u=ht ... .voila.fr/

Maybe this could / should be improved / ignored?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any clues on where this URL is stored and how developers can change it :-|

I tried the German Micrososft Forum, but the result is not really helpful for me:

Du vermutest falsch.

gehe den Weg einfach.
Turns out that Peter is right and Karl-Heinz is wrong
