RE User experience: Windows 7 "Action Centre", upon click of {Microsoft ?}-suggested solution, please recognize the apparent malfunction.
It is this users under-educated (RE Win7 blah, blah) opinion: the Action Centre solution proposed is not necessarily altogether erroneous (E.g. The HTTP resource, as directed on click of action centre rec., resolves to what appears to be a French/ Francias portal, while i believe XnView is a product of France), yet, clearly as indicated in the imagery attached [4-5 screen caps, 1 7zip archive], the URL provided does not resolve as I suspect the XnView team would prefer.
Please don't hesitate to inquire of more details from this user, as needed, should I be able to aid in the resolve of further; similar issues. (e.g. indeed, would be nice had the Action Centre taken me directly to a universal resolve. Alas, as illustrated, the scripted action falls short of the desired mark, it seems)

Yee Haw!…
The problem occurs; that which i wish to bring to the attention of the Reader, is the resulting exec of HTTP browser, as instantiates on click per instructions of microsoft action centre, as illustrated in the image, here.
