i suggest to let print thumbnails as thumbnails,
so one can print multiple images on one single paper.

You can use Contact Sheet, just select images in browser and go to menu - Tools > Create Contact Sheet (or just use a toolbar button).

Right. This way printing of thumbnails is possible, but this should be considered as a workaround, not a real solution. A real solution would be:

1.) Select images in browser.
2.) Select menu "File > Print"
3.) Choose template "Thumbnails"
4.) Press "OK".

This is the way I think this should work (for all I know XnView DeLuxe exactly provides this).
