Minor: Unnecessary square when RMB is pressed

There is unnecessary square (around the cursor) when RMB is pressed to show context menu (only when RMB is set to make selection).

The "square" comes from the handles which can be used for resizing a selection. If you make a very small selection you can see.

I know, but it's a bit annoying, that square should appear after cursor is moved, not immediately when RMB is pressed.

I think that this is a very minor issue which does not disturb at all (you have marked it as "minor" in the subject, already). Rather than spending time with very little issues we should focus on the real problems and enhancements. I think there's still many, many of them...

Yes, minor, but a bug, if it would be easy to fix, it should be fixed, I think.
