icui18n problem. Can not start application. Ubuntu

Hi!

Yesterday I had updated my ubuntu system. After this xnconvert dont work! If I run it though terminal I see this error message:

Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (icui18n: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

Reinstall of xnconvert didnt help. Help me please.

The problem is strange. I have a logical disk on HDD where I saved scripts for xnconvert. And xnconvert didn't run when this logical disk was mounted. But when I try to run xnconvert in case of unmount that disk - it successful run! After this it is starts.
