ShellEx: Embedded Thumbnail for JPEGs

I like to suggest an additonal special size entry for JPEGs in the options of the ShellEx.
Entry should be: "Embedded Thumbnail"
As you can imagine, it should show the
unmodified size of the embedded thumbnail.

Then the entry is greyed.

Perhaps better is "Use embedded thumbnail if exist", no?

Sounds good to me, too, but I think the English is not correct. "Use embedded thumbnail if available" sounds better to me.
What do English native speakers mean?
