I like to suggest an additonal special size entry for JPEGs in the options of the ShellEx.

Entry should be: "Embedded Thumbnail"

As you can imagine, it should show the unmodified size of the embedded thumbnail.

Sounds good to me, too, but I think the English is not correct. "Use embedded thumbnail if available" sounds better to me.

What do English native speakers mean?
