Two different fonts in menu "folders"

windows 8.1 rus, UI scale 150%, system font changed to Arial Narrow
XnView MP 0.93 and 0.92
In russian language pack I have normal russian folder&file names, but very thin english letters. And vice versa - I have normal english font in english language pack, but very thin russian names.
I have been looking for a combination of the Windows UI Scale and System Fonts for my 3 monitors and software for a long time, and practically I managed to set everything up properly. And if you can help solve this last little problem, I will be just happy
