Two different fonts in menu "folders"

windows 8.1 rus, UI scale 150%, system font changed to Arial Narrow
XnView MP 0.93 and 0.92
In russian language pack I have normal russian folder&file names, but very thin english letters. And vice versa - I have normal english font in english language pack, but very thin russian names.

I have been looking for a combination of the Windows UI Scale and System Fonts for my 3 monitors and software for a long time, and practically I managed to set everything up properly. And if you can help solve this last little problem, I will be just happy :)

The problem is observed only when assigned to the system font Arial Narrow. When changing the system font to, for example, Microsoft Sans Serif, the fonts are displayed correctly.
Maybe this information is useful to someone.
