How do I change zoom management?

How do I change the zoom management? As of now it is logarithmic, increasing with bigger steps the more zoomed in. Is it possible to change the behavior of the zooming so that each mouse wheel step zooms in a fixed level, for example +/- 15% zoom regardless of how zoomed in the image is at the moment?

Tools > Settings... > View -- View tab has that option among others...
Lots more options in
Tools > Settings... so worth browsing!
