XnView Software

Hello,

I have the problem that XnViewXP doesn't show me thumbnails for *.jpg. For other formats e.g. RAW it works.
I have already reinstalled but without success.

Anyone have
an idea why?

yes, i installed XnView again to test it, it works with the display of the jpg

Are you saying that no JPEGs on your computer have a thumbnail, or only some JPEGs have no thumbnail?

It seems improbable that you are only looking at malformed JPEGs in the browser, but you could try enabling the following option in the viewer and see if it has any effect:

File > Format settings... > Read tab -- Ignore read errors

all jpg files but only for XnView MP, for XnView they are displayed

no problem with this file. Could you try to rename your xnview.ini, and start with a clean one?
