I have loved your product for years. Last week xnviewMP started crashing whenever I opened a folder that contained an mp4 video file. No major changes or installations were made. I am on automatic MS updates. After searching "general support" tried to install an MS update that was to solve the problem but it didn't work. I have reinstalled removing all ini and other files in that folder. No joy. Same on xnview classic. I DON'T want to look for another product because none of them come close to yours so I hope you can help. Thanks
