IPTC Variable in watermark file path

On converting my photos to TV format, I insert some info as text and a national flag for origin using watermark.
Can I use the Country code from IPTC as part of the image file name in the watermark?
Can I use a file path as: /Photo/{IPTC:Country Code}.png

Tried to filter on "IPTC/Country Code" in search. It seem not possible. I can only filter on "IPTC/Source" and it fails filtering on country code.
The option "IPTC:All Fields" does not have a "Does not contain"
But I can filter foreign countries by "XML:Country" "Does not contains" "Denmark" and "Danmark" - but sure "IPTC:Contry Code" would be more precise.
Btw - There's a typo in "Does not contains"
