0.97.1: Crashes at startup, with simple override updates.

OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Effect: XnViewMP crashes at startup
I like green software, so I've been using the zip version and store settings in the ini way.
This time, after overwriting the new version of the file directly, there was a crash.
▼In addition, garbled code appears in the text box of the crash window(zh-CN environment).
To reproduce:
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

- Unzip, then use my override update version.

This overlays several years of updates. So I can't say for sure how it came about. - Run XnViewMP.
- Actual behaviour (bug): XnView crashes
- Unzips a brand new XnViewMP.
- Expected behaviour: No crash, XnViewMP is run. But lost all my settings.
