According to change log:
ctrl+shift+y is now lossless crop- but standard crop is still using this shortcut. It should also be added to tools> jpg lossless transformations menu in some future version.

Right so Ctrl+Y => Crop, Ctrl+Shift+Y => Lossless crop

Yes, "Ctrl+Shift+<x>" is used also for other lossless operations (rotate).

Minor - Standard Crop should be also in menu > Image > - now, just auto-crop is there.

Hum, are you use, crop is in Edit menu

Fixed in beta 2. ctrl+shift+y is now lossless crop, it works well for me.

Fixed in b2.

In b1 Ctrl+Shift+Y just crops image, in b2 there is warning about lossless transformation modyfying original image, so I guess it is fixed.
