0.98: Unexpected metadata in change timestamp

Change timestamp, unexpected metadata is created.
Effect: unexpected metadata
To reproduce:
If Uncheck Create Exif but Check Exif Date:
The Exif time to modify when a file has Exif;
No Exif is added when a file does not have exif.

- Here are 3 jpgs without metadata
- Change the file time

- Change file time and Exif time

- It seems to be right
- Uncheck Create Exif

- An additional Exif was added
