1. Correct russian translation:
There should be "Восстановить расположение E"

2. Make layout follow percentage offset or somehow another way. I'm very annoyed by the situation dat changing window size fully breaks layout. I should restore layout preset every shitty time. The layout should be relative to full window size. It's absolute as I understand so resize breaks it.
