Adjust zoom if X/Y DPI are different

XnView MP v0.99.1 x64 @ Windows 10 Pro 21H1
- Activate Adjust zoom if X/Y DPI are different (Tools → Settings… → General → General).
- Open 2001.01.31 Lapa-.GIF (X72/Y18 DPI).
- DPI values are not adjusted to X72/Y72
in browse or view mode.

Let's say we're dealing with an image that has different DPI for width (72 DPI) and height (18 DPI):
2001.01.31 Lapa-.GIF (3334×2415 pixels)
