Some problems with subject-xmp in MicrosoftPhoto got meantioned already in the forum!

We tried to delete XMP or [XMP:XMP-microsoft] from the image with the option in XnViewMP 1.00 (April 2022)
20220802_XnViewMP delete all XMP.png
It failed!

A quick solution for admins was with ExifTool: exiftool.exe -all= --exif:all --iptc:all *.jpg

This deletes all XMP and keeps Exif and IPTC, but this is not posible for general user.

Q./S.:Is there an easy option to do so for "general Users"?

Do you want to delete all xmp tags ?

Did you try Tools>Metadata>Clean> (select xmp checkbox) ?

That is a very quick way to get all XMP (or other parts) deleted! IF they do problems to read files...!

Q.: one metadata part that makes mostly problems with there content or structure are: "iptc keywords 025" / "xmp subjects"
Would it be nice to add this options under XMP/subjects and IPTC-IIM/keywords incl the MicrosoftPhoto stuff... ;-)
