Increase the size of the Options window

The current Options panel is 579x431 pixels, and looks small on my 21" 1600x1200 display, especially when you consider the amount of settings available...
I suggest we increase it to 640x480, in order to provide more space (especially useful for: Association, Write>File types, Cache, Files displayed...) and overal providing more clarity to the Options, while matching the smaller VGA standard for compatibility.

Hello ! Bonsoir,
- Sounds good in the principle, it could be displayed without problem on 1024*768…
¤ It should be useful to get some wider controls, I support.
- However, I fear that users having still 800*600 would grouse a lot !

In 1.82RC1, the Options Window is now larger (642x464). I'm quite satisfied with this change...

.
Thank you, Pierre.
