Happy new year for everybody !

Importing categories with a text file will not give the expected result if categories tree not empty.

Steps to reproduce

- download zip file and extract its content (they are very short text files but I was not able to upload them with txt extension...)
[- Make sure to backup your categories with Categories > local menu > Categories management > export]
- Categories > local menu > Categories management > Clear all
- Categories > local menu > Categories management > import. select "XnviewMP categories import issue 1.txt"
- Categories > local menu > Categories management > import. select "XnviewMP categories import issue 2.txt"

Category tree is not what expected.

Should be:

Document
----Location
--------Italy
--------Namaqualand
